The Western Schools of Choice window is currently closed. The application window for the 2025/2026 school year will open in May (exact dates TBD).
Schools of Choice forms MUST be dated and submitted within the application window. The student's previous school MUST complete and sign the center portion of the form in order to be considered for enrollment.
Forms may be mailed or hand delivered to the Western Administration Office (address below) or emailed to Shawnna Breneman at Shawnna.Breneman@wsdpanthers.org.
