The Western Schools of Choice application window for 2nd Semester runs Friday, November 28-Friday, December 12.

Kdg- 4 5th gd- 2 10th gd- 4
1st gd- 4 6th gd-1 11th gd- 1
2nd gd- 2 7th gd-1 12th gd- 1
3rd gd- 4 8th gd-1
Schools of Choice forms MUST be dated and submitted within the application window. The student's previous school MUST complete and sign the center portion of the form in order to be considered for enrollment.
Forms may be mailed or hand delivered to the Western Administration Office (address below) or emailed to Shawnna Breneman at adminoffice@wsdpanthers.org.
