Schools of Choice

The Schools of Choice Application window for the 2026-2027 school year is NOW CLOSED.

The application window for the 2027-2028 school year will open in May 2027. Please check back for exact dates and information.  

Schools of Choice forms MUST be dated and submitted within the application window. The student's previous school MUST complete and sign the center portion of the form in order to be considered for enrollment.  

Forms may be mailed or hand delivered to the Western Administration Office (address below) or emailed to Shawnna Breneman at adminoffice@wsdpanthers.org.
