Schools of Choice

2026-2027 SOC Application Dates:

Friday, May 15- Monday, June 15, 2026

Below are the minimum number of seats anticipated to be open for each grade:

Western Elementary:    Y5's/Kdg- 10    1st Gd- 5    2nd Gd- 4    3rd Gd- 4    4th Gd- 4    5th Gd- 4      

Western Middle:    6th Gd- 1    7th Gd- 3    8th Gd- 4 

Western High:    9th Gd- 5    10th Gd- 5    11th Gd- 2    12th Gd- 2

Schools of Choice forms MUST be dated and submitted within the application window. The student's previous school MUST complete and sign the center portion of the form in order to be considered for enrollment.  

Forms may be mailed or hand delivered to the Western Administration Office (address below) or emailed to Shawnna Breneman at adminoffice@wsdpanthers.org.
