WSD Account Activation

Thanks for your patience with the technology migration. We have begun the process of getting staff back into Google accounts.

Administrators & Teachers- If you have not been in to get accounts activated, please make sure you have a SCHEDULED appointment on July 28 & July 29.

Food Service- You are scheduled for Aug. 14. 

Coaches- If you have not been in to get accounts activated, please contact Tyler Ridgeway to schedule an appointment.

 

If you do not fit in one of the categories listed above, you will have 3 opportunities to get your accounts activated (see below). You can drop in during the available time slots. Please plan for approx. 20 minutes and bring your cell phone. To speed up the process, you can make sure that you have removed any old WSD email and calendar accounts from your mobile devices and create a new password that matches the criteria listed below. NO devices will be issued during the time. 

 

Account Activation Available Dates & Times

1. July 28 from 12:45-3:00

2. July 29 from 12:45-3:00

3. Aug. 19 from 7:30-8:30 & following district Kick-off-1:00

 

Password Criteria

Key Points to Remember

- Create a password that you can remember long-term

- Use this password exclusively for your school account

- Choose a password that meets one of the two options above

- Unless compromised or voluntarily changed, this password will remain permanent

 

Password Requirements

Option 1: 12-14 Characters

- Minimum length: 12 characters

- Maximum length: 14 characters

- Character requirements: Must include mixed characters (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, symbols)

- Name restriction: Cannot use more than four consecutive characters from your name

- Pattern restriction: May not contain 3 consecutive or repeating characters

 

Option 2: 15+ Characters

- Minimum length: 15 characters

- Name restriction: Cannot use more than four consecutive characters from your name

- Pattern restriction: May not contain 3 consecutive or repeating characters
