As part of our ongoing technology migration this summer, we want to reiterate key steps and deadlines to ensure a smooth transition for all staff. Please review the following information carefully:
1. Returning Equipment

WEA/Contracted Staff:
- You MUST use the following link to schedule your device turn-in: Staff Collection Link.
- The available time slots span from 12:00 PM on Friday, June 6th, to 12:00 PM on the following Friday, June 13th.
- This step is critical to initiate the setup of your new account. Failure to follow this process will delay your access until after school begins.

Please ensure that all charging cables and powerbricks provided with your devices are included when returning your equipment.

Support Staff:
- Please return all devices, including the accompanying charging cables and power bricks, to your building’s media specialist no later than 12 PM on June 6th.
2. Google Account Access

Starting the morning of June 20, 2025, all Google accounts will be disabled once the migration officially begins.
- When will my account and equipment be returned? Check the migration calendar for specific dates.
- Contracted Staff: You will schedule a time to meet with the Technology Team at the time that you turn in your equipment.
- Support Staff: Accounts will be activated at the beginning of the school year when you return. Certain departments or buildings may organize group meetings to facilitate this process. Please visit the website for more information as the start of the school year draws closer.

Important: You will not have access your district email from June 20 until you meet with the Technology Team. Please plan accordingly.
3. Password Reset

Unless your password expires before June 6, 2025 (you will be prompted to change it), no action is required at this time.
4. Check the Website!
Beginning June 5th all updates will only be shared through the districts website.
