On June 20th, starting at approximately 7 AM EST, All Covered will begin migrating all staff and student Google Accounts from the current JCISD system to our new system. The process will require some time to transfer all available data and emails to the new platform. Once the migration is complete, you will need to reset your password and set up two-factor authentication (2FA). Additional details, including the timeline for these steps, will be shared in the coming weeks.
If you are using a Managed Apple ID (@appleid.mischools.org) this will change as we will not be able to use the mischools.org domain.
At the moment, we are still working through the process, but any changes will take place after June 20th. All files in the account should remain as we are just converting the email to the wsdpanthers.org domain.
However, if you're concerned about your files, backing them up is always a good idea.
Your Canva account will remain unaffected. However, you will not be able to log in if the account is linked to your WSDPanthers email. Rest assured, all your data will still be accessible once you regain access.
